The International Conference on Comparative Cognition (CO3 for short) is our annual meeting held in Florida during March. It combines interesting science, friendly people, and warm weather to produce a stimulating and informative experience.
Topic: Animal cognition, broadly conceived to include all research on animal learning, memory, and perception.
Place: Indialantic Beach, Melbourne, Florida
Format: CO3 encourages substantive rather than methodological presentations. The standard form of presentation is a short 5 or 10 minute talk. Poster presentations are a relatively recent addition to the program. There are also a very limited number of special 20 minute talks that present a "state of the art" overview of a substantive topic. Graduate students are very strongly encouraged to attend and present a 5 minute talk or a poster.
Additional Information: Information about the upcoming annual meeting is available elsewhere on this website. It is generally posted each September.
